New Years Eve Menu

Our New Years resolution is to further promote local, sustainable food. By buying locally grown vegetables, Oceanwise seafood, and organic meat whenever possible, we strive to showcase the best suppliers and products that British Columbia has to offer.


 Prosecco Sparkling Italian Wine

First Course

Phyllo wrapped Tallegio cheese with caramelized onion, bacon and tomato jam. Served with arugula and crostini.


Warm crusted goat cheese croquette with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic drizzle.

Second Course

Baby spinach salad with shaved red onion, toasted almonds, pancetta, crumbled gorgonzola and apricot vinaigrette.


Roasted butternut squash puree, toasted pumpkin seed and parmesan pesto, candied ginger crema.

Third Course

Lemon pepper Dungeness crab and ricotta stuffed house-made ravioli, resting in a pool of avocado cream and drizzled with chili and basil infusions.


Wild mushroom and white asparagus risotto, finished with truffle oil and goat cheese, and accompanied with parmagiano crostinis.

Fourth Course

Pomegranate glazed organic Bison short ribs with horseradish mash, honey butter roasted baby carrots and mint chimichurri.


Seared jumbo prawns with a lime, lychee and coconut cream emulsion, forbidden black sticky rice and sautéed snow peas.


Crispy Eggplant layered with fresh basil tomato sauce, grana padano, bocconcini and Quebec mozzarella cheeses. Grilled asparagus.

Fifth Course

Flourless dark chocolate torte, salted bourbon caramel and vanilla mascarpone whip.


White chocolate cheesecake, passion fruit curd, and minted blueberry compote.


Set menu $76 (Includes five courses and a glass of sparkling wine).
