The Locus is participating in Vancouver Foodster’s 3rd annual Poutine Challenge, Feb. 7th to Feb 28. We wanted to put up something totally decadent so we are offering a wild boar poutine with pieces of pork crackling and topped with a piece of seared foie gras. Available Tue. to Saturdays 5pm onwards.
